Red wine get from pergola and espalier vineyards cultivated on terraces. The first years (2014-2015) this wine was our only winemaking.
It is composed of Nebbiolo "Picotendro" and permitted native grapes (Ner d’Ala, Neretti and Erbaluce); these last grapes are usually dried in wooden air boxes for 2 weeks after which they are pressed with the rest of Nebbiolo. After fermentation, maceration is carried out for about 60-90 days depending on the year. The next refinement is done in used barrels and steel. Unfiltered.
