The quality in the glass is intimately linked to the quality in the vineyard. For us, quality in the vineyard means having a grape that is at the height of ripeness possible, healthy and clean. All the wines we produce have a 100% local base, from which we try to extract as much as possible the characteristics of our territory: it is for this reason that we operate very long macerations. We want to give our wine time to evolve, in the most respectful way possible.
